Kokomo TT Series Update… can you help?
As several of you may have noticed, we have not yet posted our annual Time Trial (TT) dates and times for 2019. This is not an oversight on our part.
In fact, our previous organizers are in the process of moving on to other things and we are attempting to find new people to spearhead this wonderful event here in Kokomo. We have a great course that is always popular with racers looking for a flat TT course with minimal interruptions.
As of yet, we have not found anyone in our current membership that is able to take on hosting of this event series. We are now reaching out to all of you, especially those of you that have expressed interest in this particular event! The previous hosts are able to give details on what hosting the event entails, but it would likely be something best handled by a couple people willing to work together, come up with a few dates throughout the summer and plan to coordinate with the previous hosts to learn more if this is a good fit for you. If it is, you would become an automatic member of the Break-away Bike Club and the benefits there-in.
We really don’t want to let this wonderful long running event come to an end, but it is going to need the help of some of you in our community to help keep it going.
