The Sunstroke 74 is north-central Indiana’s best July 4th cycling event, with 2023 being the 30th consecutive year.

A flat to gently rolling course that will take you past or through several north central Indiana landmarks. This is traditionally a very HOT ride so bring plenty of water! Ride out of Kokomo, over gentle rollers, enjoying some lightly traveled roads and wooded creek views between stretches of relaxing farmland. Visit and see some of the small towns of Howard County, Indiana.
